I asked you first, John Edwards

Friday, Aug. 17, 2007 -- 10:59 a.m. -- on my couch

Edwards_convention_5Last week, I sent out e-mails to the presidential candidates asking a simple question:
Do you have an iPhone?
Doesn't matter if you are a Democrat, Republican ... it was a simple question.
Shockingly, not a single answer.

But in this morning's email, I got this:

From: John Edwards [info@johnedwards.com]
Sent: Fri 8/17/2007 10:48 AM
To: Kleinberg, Scott
Cc:
Subject: Do Lobbyists Speak For You?

Right ... John, I'm still waiting for your answer ... so I replied back with the following:

Subject: RE: Do Lobbyists Speak For You?

Dear John,
A few weeks ago, I sent you an email asking a simple question: Do you use an iPhone? I have an iPhone blog and I'm surveying the presidential candidates. I've heard nothing back from you. So once you answer my question, I'll answer yours.

Sincerely,
Scott Kleinberg

If he answers my question, I'll be sure to let you know.

Thanks for calling.
