Take a screenshot from your iPhone

Thursday, July 10, 2008 -- 7:12 p.m. -- at my desk

CameraHere's a neat new feature to play around with when you get iPhone 2.0 software.

If you press the home key and the sleep/wake button at the top at the same time, your screen will flash and place a photo of the current screen into the camera roll as if you took the photo with the camera.

Actually, you did, but this is how you activate it.

So now we can all see crystal clear shots of whatever screen you are in - perfect for showing off those cool looking screens and for assisting with troubleshooting.

So there you go. Works on any iPhone, 2.0 required.

Thanks for calling.
