Caller Billy thought I was doing a little too much 3G iPhone and not enough interesting coverage. So I bring you a roundup of some pretty decent web apps. Thanks for the comment, Billy. I always want to be all things for all people, and I certainly understand that one topic can get a little much. It's true that there are a lot of Web apps to look at and soon we'll have near endless SDK-created apps to look at. So these are just 4 of the best that I was able to find in an about an hour. I'll keep my eyes peeled for others as well.
Thanks for calling.

Imagine your fingers are hammers. And there are moles popping up from their holes and teasing you… You have 60 seconds to tap as much moles as you can. Link here.
(i)Rave (pictured)
A unique application that allows you to pick a character, then watch them rave(dance). 18 unique characters… complete with light show. Control the lights. Note: This application will download lots of data, therefore it’s recommended that you use your Wi-Fi connection. Link here.

Quickly add new actions, organize in contexts and projects, set due dates; get your daily or weekly agenda by email; add new actions via Jott.com, Twitter.com or by email; mark active/next actions; check off and archive finished tasks; customize the color scheme; export a backup (in XML-format) for safekeeping. Link here.
Remote Buddy
The AJAX Remote - served by an embedded webserver built into Remote Buddy - allows you to use your iPhone and iPod Touch as an interactive highend remote control with focus on mediacenters and presentations. Using AJAX Remote, almost all aspects of iTunes can now be conveniently controlled via the touchscreen and iTunes media be remotely accessed (“streamed”) to your iPod Touch/iPhone. Link here

Great idea, Scott. I've been following baseball and one of my favorite Web apps for doing this is SportsTap (http://sportstap.mobi/). It has current scores, up to the minute plays, team standings, and recent trades. Great design. It also includes latest news on the following sports leagues: NHL, NBA, NCAA, PGA, NASCAR, F1, IndyCar, NFL, AFL, Premier, UEFA, and MLS. Quite an offering! Also, for reference, I have a Dictionary/Thesaurus (http://dictionary.comoki.com/#_0) and Wikipedia (http://wikipedia.comoki.com/). These are all formatted and designed for the iPhone. Finally, another reference that has helped me at times is iConvert (http://iconvert.meatarian.co.uk/) which is a measurement conversion site that works wonderfully. What I particularly like about all of these Web apps is that none of them have the annoying ads that you see on other opportunistic apps. I'm so over ads in my Web apps! I vote with my fingers.
SCOTT'S REPLY: Thanks, Michael. Yep. We've talked about sportstap here before -- nice site! And same for the dictionary and wikipedia ... I can't remember if I showcased the conversion site, but I'm glad you enjoy them ... and once we get the SDK -- it can only get better.

SCOTT'S REPLY: I had a few minutes to try it and I really wanted to keep going, so I was hoping someone would say that.
