Lost & Found: Give her the Boot....Well, Boots
Over a week ago, (Monday, 10/06), I must have left my shoes on the train or on the bus. I had just finished my first day of work, so I had a lot on my mind. I arrived at the Red Line stop at State and Lake around 5:15 pm. I got on the train going Southbound and I got off at the 87th street stop. I then got on the 87th street bus heading Westbound. I got off of the bus at Washtenaw. Somewhere inbetween leaving work and getting home, I misplaced my shoes. They were brand new black boots, women's size 10.

First, we got clearer signage. Then, we've got word next-train info is on the way. Now, the CTA is stepping up its communications even more, offering e-mails to riders regarding service disruptions caused by events including equipment problems and construction, according to the Trib. Stay tuned for more updates on this topic.
But off the bat, this definitely a huge step in the right direction, but what other actions would you like the agency to undertake for clearer communications?
