New Spy: Scared of Ghosts?

Beetlejuice said he was the ghost with the most, but "Going Public" thinks he may have some competition. Introducing Ghost Rider, the newest CTA spy. Below is a photo and a little more about our mass transit agent. Stay tuned, because this week, we'll post our first full intel report.
