Thank you, you and especially you for your exuberant and impassioned reaction to the new CTA Spy program launched by yours truly. This new public transit program -- think "The Wire" meets CTA's Secret Shopper program -- is aimed at uncovering all that is going on along the system. Our first spy comes to us from the South Side and he is a regular and insightful blog contributor.
Put your hands -- or typing fingers-- together for Agent Double-Oh-Fo'....who will bring us his observations and findings on a more permanent and prominent basis in this space. Here's more about my first CTA spy:
Hey, don't be jealous. Just join us. Send me an e-mail with the same info as Agent Double-Oh-Fo' shared and a photo if you are so inclined. Then, once you are sworn in, you can start sending me your CTA spy logs.

ANd I really, truly hate the location of the northbound, No.4 bus at 63rd Street, it is an unnecessary lawsuit waiting to happen as well as a blatant disregard for the commuters who want to transfer from the bus to the train. And woe to him who has special needs there.
