What I Loathe About CTA: Two things: 1 - That the information that CTA gives the public tells the "optimistic truth," as opposed to the actual truth. 2 - That CTA reorganizes certain departments so often that good ideas, even when planned well, are executed so poorly.
What I Love About CTA: That I can get pretty much anywhere in the city without paying more than a few dollars.
