So you think you're riding the CTA's most busted bus?
You may not be exaggerating the awfulness of your bus service, but "Going Public" launched a public transit poll, and learned that not one, but two bus routes hold our official title of Most Rotten Route. But there were other routes that duked it out for the dubious distinction, and some came pretty close. Here they are, in all their infamy below.
No.65-Grand (1st runner up)
No.152-Addison (2nd runner up)
No.4-Cottage Grove (3rd runner up)
No. 87-87th Street (4th runner up)
The CTA offered a more in-depth explanation of what went wrong in the No.8/No.22 tie for terrible service. Stay tuned. I'll post it in a few.

I must have been sleeping when your poll started because if I knew you had a poll I would have pulled out my computer on the bus stop and had everyone vote. You talked about bus bunching I look in the dictionary to find the meaning and it had a picture of the #82 kimball/homan. These driver has perfected the art of bus bunching and its been within the last 7-8 months that its gotten worse. Its 9:30-10:00 PM yes you are reading correct its that late and I wait an hour or more to see not one bus coming but two sometimes 3 and you ask was their an accident for the driver to have the nerve to say no I get on at Belmont after exiting the blue line and ride south to the end of the line to then have to get off because the driver change and he's not going the rest of the route so at 11pm at night I standing in a not so safe area waiting for the next bus. This is the worst route hands down and let's not even start talking about weekends.
